Rainbow Junction Child Care Center is a ministry of Zion United Methodist Church. Our mission is to reflect Christ’s love to our community through an educational ministry that provides children with opportunities to satisfy their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth needs in a safe Christian environment.

The Rainbow Junction staff provides a secure and nurturing educational environment for children to work, learn, play, and grow.  The teachers support parents in their child(ren)’s development and offer opportunities for children and their families to grow spiritually along with the Zion United Methodist Church family.

Rainbow Junction Child Care Center offers preschool programs for children ages two through preschool.  Our programs offer structured but flexible learning. We understand that young children thrive when they know what to expect, but they truly learn when they are given freedom to explore.  It's the best of both worlds.

• Structure Provides Security: Children feel safe when their world is predictable. We maintain a reliable daily rhythm of events, clear behavioral boundaries, and organized learning spaces. Because children know what comes next, they can confidently navigate their day with ease and high independence.
• Flexibility Sparks Curiosity: Within our secure framework, children are the authors of their own learning. Our teachers create lessons with the children's interests in mind and adapt the daily plan to accommodate spontaneous moments of wonder.

Rainbow Junction Child Care options vary by family need. We offer a two, three, and five day option. The Center is open year-round from 6:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
